It is however the first working scene release of the game. EDIT: It looks like the Razor1911 release too is a loader - not a modified executable with SecuROM completely removed. These cracks were only partially working and SecuROM triggers built into the game managed to annoy pirates a great deal with wobbling camera, self driving vehicles and other showstopper bugs (There was however a loader that bypassed SecuROM entirely and allowed illegitimate versions to be played perfectly fine). Pirates and DRM haters have been fiddling around with cracks and workarounds to get past SecuROM protection in Grand Theft Auto 4 ever since the game got released.
